Another decree has been announced by the Saudi Arabian government regarding Umrah in the month of Ramadan. Actually, the month of Ramadan is considered very holy in Islam. According to the new rule announced by the Saudi government, now any tourist can perform Umrah only once in the month of Ramadan.

This is the reason why people are often reaching Kaaba to perform Umrah in the holy month of Ramadan. Due to the increasing crowd of people, the security arrangements there have become out of control. The government was forced to implement this rule to bring people under control.

Umrah is considered a small Hajj

In Islam, Umrah is also known as Mini Hajj. According to custom, the circumambulation that people make around the Kaaba during Umrah is called Tawaf.

Umrah can be performed throughout the year

You will be surprised to know that Hajj is performed in a fixed period of time. Therefore, a Muslim follower can perform Umrah anytime during the year. Both of these processes require pilgrims to travel to Mecca, the oldest city in Saudi Arabia.

Hajj pilgrimage lasts for 5 days

In Islam, Hajj pilgrimage lasts for 5 days. According to belief, every Muslim wants to perform Hajj at least once in his life. The cost of this journey ranges from Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 5 lakh.
