Arvind Kejriwal: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, lodged in Tihar Jail, has suffered another major setback. His personal secretary (PA) Vibhav Kumar has been dismissed. Vigilance Department Special Secretary YVVJ Raj Shekhar has issued orders to terminate the services of PA with immediate effect. It is noteworthy that Bibhav Kumar was interrogated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the leaker policy scam case.
Vibhav Kumar did not inform this to the monitoring department.
A case has been registered against Vibhav Kumar in Noida, information about which Vibhav Kumar had not given to the Vigilance Department at the time of his appointment, hence action has been taken against him. At the time of appointment of any private person, police verification is done and that person has to inform the concerned department that there is no criminal case registered against him, but Vibhav Kumar did not give this information to the concerned department that he has There is a case registered. A case has been registered against him in Noida under sections 353, 504, 506. Therefore he has been removed from the post.
Which case did Bibhav Kumar hide?
According to media reports, a case of assault was registered against Vibhav Kumar in 2007. He had a fight and even a fight with government department employees. The matter reached the police station and FIR was registered. Charge sheet was also filed against Vibhav in this case. The matter is currently pending in the High Court and till now he has not got any relief in this matter.

It is noteworthy that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is in Tihar Jail these days. He was arrested by ED on March 21 in the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam case. On March 22, he was produced in the court and taken on remand. Then on April 1, the court sent Kejriwal to judicial custody for 14 days.
