Auraiya, 22 July (HS). District Magistrate Dr. Indramani Tripathi and Superintendent of Police Charu Nigam reached the village Chaupal organized in Gram Panchayat Bandhamou of Vikas Khand Vidhuna and became aware of the problems of the villagers present. He said that the process of application as per eligibility for the public welfare beneficial schemes run by the government will also be done at the Gram Sachivalaya. Those who fulfill the eligibility as per the rules will be given the benefits of the schemes without any discrimination.
The District Magistrate ordered to restore the roads damaged due to the pipeline laid under Jal Jeevan Mission to their original condition by 30 July 2024 and to stop all leakages within two days. He also directed the working agency (contractor) to ensure water supply. On the occasion of the village chaupal, both the officers performed the Annaprashan ceremony of a newborn baby and also performed the baby shower of a pregnant woman.
On this occasion, Chief Medical Officer Sunil Kumar Verma, Sub-District Magistrate Bidhuna Harishchandra, District Development Officer Karunapati Mishra, Block Development Officer Bidhuna Ramnarayan Pandey, Tehsildar Bidhuna Ranveer Singh along with departmental officers etc were present.
