Angry woman judge reached Supreme Court wearing a vest, said- pick it up and throw it out…

Supreme Court: From the High Court to the Supreme Court, such cases have often come up which have shocked the judges. Often in some cases, the judges get angry and sigh expressing their displeasure. Today, on Monday, the judges got angry when such a case came up again in the Supreme Court.

A man attended the court hearing in the Supreme Court wearing a vest. According to Bar and Bench, a website that reports on court related matters, on Monday a man joined Court 11 through video conferencing. He was wearing a vest during the video conference. Justice BV Nagarathna was furious. He immediately asked who is this person who is seen in a vest, later Justice Datta asked him whether he has come to a party or is wearing it just like that. And ordered him to remove it immediately. He told the court master, please remove it.

Strange cases like this have happened before

This is not the first case in the Supreme Court when a Justice has expressed displeasure over someone's clothes. Earlier in the year 2020, a lawyer attended the court hearing shirtless through video conferencing. Seeing this, the judge got angry. Then the bench of Justice L Nageshwar and Justice Hemant Gupta expressed displeasure and said, what kind of behavior is this? It has been seven to eight months since the hearings were held through video conferencing, but such incidents are still happening. It is worth noting that in the year 2020, the functioning of the court was also affected due to the Corona epidemic. For a long time, the hearings were done through video conferencing only.

…when the lawyer was seen shirtless!

A similar case has also happened before a bench headed by CJI DY Chandrachud. Chandrachud had not become CJI then. In the year 2020 itself, during a hearing in the Supreme Court, a lawyer was seen shirtless on the screen in front of a bench headed by Justice Chandrachud. On this, Justice Chandrachud stopped him and said that I do not like to be strict with anyone, but you are on the screen. You have to be careful. In June of the same year, a lawyer appeared in the virtual hearing of the Supreme Court wearing a T-shirt while lying on the bed. The judge's displeasure was also seen in this case.
