Saharsa, 4 September (HS). Anand Kumar Jha, grandson of late Pitambar Jha of KK Muradpur village of Navhatta block of the district and son of Virendra Jha, has done excellent work in the field of education. Mr. Jha will be honored with the State Teacher Award on Teacher's Day by the Education Minister at Shri Krishna Memorial Hall, Patna. Earlier, the award of the best teacher of Saharsa district was given to Mr. Jha by the District Magistrate last year. He has made headlines all over the country for teaching children in a unique way and is the only teacher of Saharsa district who has been selected for the State Award. There is joy in the district including the school on this achievement of Anand.
Anand says that it gives immense happiness if your work gets recognition. Such encouragement boosts the morale of teachers and they enjoy working. Mr. Jha, who before serving in High School Sahasaul, says that respect for teachers is very important and the place of Guru is first. We are carrying out all-round development of children in education, art culture, knowledge, science, sports, scouts and guides etc. We give online classes to children of government schools free of cost through social media and Zoom app. By adopting Mahadalit settlements and villages, we improve the educational environment there and make children aware about education.
By contributing as master trainers for various subjects of the education department such as Kala Utsav, Mukhyamantri Vidyalaya Suraksha Karyakram, e-lots, POCSO, Career Portal, Tarang Utsav, Science Exhibition etc., he has sent children to the state and national level. Literally, he publishes e-magazine Navankur for children.
The District Officer, District Education Officer and teachers have congratulated teacher Anand Kumar Jha on this achievement. It is known that during the Corona virus infection, Mr. Jha provided online education to the students of the district. He is also ensuring the all-round development of children through sports, literature and cultural programs.
