An organization in Rajasthan gives CAA eligibility certificate to Pakistani Hindus, has connection with RSS

Lawyer Vikram Singh Rajpurohit associated with the committee says that since it is a registered organization, it can issue the certificate. Rajpurohit further said that 'One of our ministers, Tribhuvan Singh Rathod, is signing the eligibility certificate, we are a community based organisation.'

Application for granting citizenship has started

A photo posted on the committee's social media page said the organization was organizing a 'free citizenship application camp' in Jaisalmer. Rajpurohit said, 'There are many people who came to India before 2010 but have not got citizenship yet. There are about five to six thousand such people in Jodhpur alone. It is noteworthy that under the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), applications have started for granting citizenship to non-Muslims who came to India from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh before 2014.
