Rescuers found Jaco's hand in the pipe of the swimming pool. After which they took out his body with great effort.
The girl's mother accused the hotel
When Jacko's mother, Daniela Jacko, urged the hotel owner to show her the surveillance video, he hesitated. After this Daniela's lawyer said that too much time has been wasted. Many things could have been improved in the hotel. If this had been true earlier then the accident would not have happened.
The family's lawyer Richard Nava said, 'We are demanding justice for Alia, because this accident could have been avoided.' Everyone present here knows that this accident could have been avoided. Daniela's lawyer further said that all the evidence points to the fact that many rules have been violated by the hotel. The pool was not operational.
