Ingredients for making Amla pickle
- 1 kg amla
- 4 tbsp fenugreek seeds
- 2 teaspoons fennel
- 3 tbsp whole coriander

How to make Amla pickle
- Wash the gooseberries and boil them in dhokli. – Then take out the plate, cut it and keep it aside.
- – Now fry 4 spoons fenugreek seeds, 3 spoons whole coriander and 2 spoons fennel in a pan. Then grind it finely in a mixer jar. – Now add mustard seeds and coriander leaves to it and grind it again.
- – Now take 2 cups of oil in a pan. – Heat the oil and let it cool a little. – Then when it gets a little hot, add mustard seeds, chopped chillies, then add a little asafoetida and turmeric. – After mixing, add coriander powder to it.
- – Now add chopped amla in it. Then add salt and red chili powder as per taste. So your Amla pickle is ready.
