Amitabh Thakur demands proper advocacy in the case going on in Lucknow against famous Brijesh Singh


Varanasi, 08 April (HS). National President of Azad Adhikar Sena, Amitabh Thakur has written a letter to the DGP, ACS Home and Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh on Monday. In the letter, he has requested for proper representation in the murder case going on in the MPMLA court of Lucknow against the famous Brijesh Singh and Tribhuvan Singh. In his letter, he said that the murder case registered against these two in 2001 in Mahmudabad police station, Sitapur is being heard in MPMLA Court, Lucknow.

According to the information received by them, there is poor advocacy by the government in this case and the police is threatening the witnesses. Such complaints are coming. Amitabh Thakur has requested the DGP to personally look into this case and ensure its proper prosecution. The former IPS said that if the case is dropped due to poor advocacy or witnesses being hostile, it will raise serious questions on the police administration.
