Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan has bought three offices in Mumbai's Andheri area for Rs 60 crore. This is the second big property deal of the Bachchan family after Abhishek Bachchan invested Rs 15 crore in six flats in Borivali area a few days ago.
The total area of these three offices is 8,429 sq. m. spread over feet. Along with which three car parking facility has also been provided. For this, Amitabh has paid stamp duty of Rs 3.57 crore. This deal was registered on June 20.
This is the second investment made by Amitabh in this building. Earlier last year, he had bought four offices in the same building for Rs 29 crore. Ajay Devgan, Sara Ali Khan, Kartik Aryan and Manoj Bajpayee have also bought property in this building.
Earlier this year, Amitabh bought a plot worth 10 crores in Alibaug. During this time, he also bought a bungalow worth 14 crores in Ayodhya.
