Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan have been buying property for some time now. Both father and son have taken 10 flats worth about Rs 250 crore in a building in Mulund area. Abhishek has taken six flats and Amitabh has taken four flats.
Of these, eight flats are of 1049 square feet. Whereas two flats are of 912 square feet. They will get two car parking per flat.
Some time ago, Amitabh and Abhishek had also bought a flat in Borivali area of Mumbai. Apart from this he also invested in commercial and residential properties in Andheri. Both father and son have invested Rs 100 crore in property so far in the year 2024. However, it is said that many of these deals were done by Amitabh only for the branding of that real estate project.
They rent out most of their flats and offices. Amitabh has five bungalows in Juhu area.
He lives with his family in one bungalow and runs his office in the other bungalow. The waiting bungalow is now used only for family gatherings or relaxing moments. He has given a huge space of the second bungalow on rent to the bank.
