According to local eyewitnesses and initial reports, it is feared that about 25 to 30 people are buried under the debris of the collapsed building or may be injured, due to which more than 17 modern ambulances and NDRF-fire brigade teams have been deployed with full alertness at the spot to deal with any untoward incident and to take people out safely in time.

After this tragic accident, the stir in the political circles has also intensified and Congress MP Deepender Singh Hooda, who reached the spot, while talking to the media, said that this is not the time to make allegations against each other or do politics, but the entire priority should be to save lives. He said that our teams are also engaged in relief work and till now three children have been taken out safely from the debris, although there are still fears that about 25 to 26 children or other people may be trapped inside.
