Kanpur, 06 August (HS). Hotel Landmark General Manager Amit met the students at the School of Hotel Management Department of Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU). He said that the nature of work is changing in the field of hotel management due to technology and a better career can be made in it.

Speaking to students in the school auditorium, he spoke about the future of the hospitality workforce. He said that the hospitality industry is on the cusp of a revolution, driven by technological advancements, changing guest expectations and shifts in workforce demographics. As hotels, restaurants and other hospitality businesses adopt automation, AI and digital platforms, the nature of work is changing.

Department in-charge Shivanshu Sachan said that new technology is being used at this time and even artificial intelligence is being used in hotel management which is a very good thing in the hospitality sector. During this, Ankit Kumar, Aishwarya Arya, Assistant Professor Saurabh Tripathi, Arvind Chauhan and students like Vansh, Anjali, Shobhit, Sakshi, Tanu etc. were present.
