Amarnath Yatra 2024: Amarnath Yatra is starting from 29th June this year i.e. 2024 and the Yatra will last for 52 days, which will end on 19th August. Here is the complete process of registration for Amarnath Yatra through mobile sitting at home. Actually, the registration process for Amarnath Yatra i.e. Baba Barfani Darshan has started from April 15 itself. This journey will run from 1 July to 31 August 2024.

Follow these steps to register online

  • First of all go to the official website of Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board.
  • Click on 'Register' given on the homepage.
  • Read all instructions carefully before proceeding.
  • Fill in your name, phone number and other required information.
  • Upload your valid photograph, ID proof and medical certificate.

Submit the registration form.

  • Download the confirmation page and take a print out of it.
  • Enter OTP on registered mobile number.
  • Deposit the application fee through online transfer.
  • Download permit for travel.
  • Download Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board App in your phone.
  • If you are a new user, skip the home page.
  • The journey registration home page will open.
  • Here the option of route and date will be visible.
  • Select travel date and check slot.
  • Fill in your complete information.
  • Medical certificate will also be required for travel.

What is the registration fee for Amarnath Yatra?
The registration fee for Amarnath Yatra is Rs 150 per person. Registration fee can be paid through the bank branches mentioned on the website. These documents are required for registration for Amarnath Yatra. Valid Health Certificate (CHC) issued by an authorized doctor, Aadhar Card, Identity Card (Electoral Card).

Keep these things in mind

  • The age limit for registration for Amarnath Yatra is 13 to 70 years. That means people below 13 years and above 70 years cannot participate in the yatra. Apart from this, women who are more than 6 weeks pregnant will also not be registered for the journey.
  • Health certificate, Aadhar card etc. is necessary for Amarnath Yatra registration.
