The court of Gurugram First Class Judicial Magistrate Harsh Kumar has allowed Elvis Yadav to appear on March 27 on the production warrant application filed by the Gurugram Police. A case of beating of Sagar Thakur has been registered against Elvish Yadav in Sector 53 police station of Gurugram. SHO Inspector Rajinder Kumar said that the police filed an application in the court on Wednesday for a production warrant for the accused Alvish Yadav in the assault case registered on March 8 in Sector 53 police station. In this regard, the court has fixed his appearance on March 27. Now Elvis Yadav will be brought from Noida to Gurugram for appearance. Alvish Yadav is currently lodged in Noida jail. Gurugram Court has sent order to Noida Jail Authority regarding the appearance of Ilvish Yadav.
