Lucknow/Nashik, 18 October (Hindustan Reporter). Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav reached Nashik airport in Maharashtra on a two-day visit. Here party leader Abu Azmi welcomed him with a flower bunch. A large number of SP officials and workers present also welcomed the SP President.
While talking to the journalists here, Akhilesh Yadav said in reply that after the elections of Haryana, elections of Maharashtra and Jharkhand are going to be held. These are going to be important elections for the politics of the country. All the allies of INDIA (India) alliance, together we will defeat the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Akhilesh said that we will have to be very careful in Maharashtra. Because the way the political atmosphere was prevailing in Haryana, it was clear that BJP government was not going to be formed. But you saw that this government was not formed through ballot paper, no one knows how it was formed.
He said that this encounter is not happening in Uttar Pradesh, this murder is happening and the entire public is watching it. Regarding the frequent encounters, a former DGP also said that when they are investigated, no one will stand with the police personnel who carried out the encounters.
Regarding the by-elections going to be held on 10 seats in Uttar Pradesh, Akhilesh said that the Chief Minister had visited Ayodhya several times, he had conducted an internal survey in which it was felt that he was losing, hence he was deliberately not allowing elections to be held there.
In response to a question from journalists, the SP President said that in Uttar Pradesh, we used to give respect to the mothers and sisters of poor families through Samajwadi Pension. That plan was successful, many states have adopted that plan. Laptops were distributed. That has also been adopted by other governments. Now whenever we come to government, we will provide pension of three to four thousand rupees to poor mothers and sisters.
