Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education is going to conduct REET (Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test) on 27th February 2024. The application process for this is going on and 15 January 2024 is the last date of application.

Important changes made in REIT 2024
Many changes have been made in this year’s examination in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
1. Five option format
- Change in exam format:
- Earlier there were four options, now a fifth option has been added.
- If the answer to the question is not known, then the fifth option has to be selected.
- Otherwise negative marking will be done.
2. Inclusion of new syllabus
Many new topics have been added to the syllabus of REET 2024.
- REET Level One:
- Child Development and Teaching Methods:
- New topics of National Education Policy 2020.
- Contemporary child welfare schemes of Rajasthan.
- Mathematic:
- Incorporation of Vedic mathematics.
- Urdu topics:
- New topic added.
- Child Development and Teaching Methods:
- REET Level Two:
- New content in Hindi, Maths, and Sanskrit subjects.
- Additional topics as per National Education Policy 2020.
