Actor Akshay Kumar was last seen in 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' alongside Tiger Shroff but it failed to perform well at the box office.
Akshay will now be seen entertaining the audience with the film 'Sarafira' in which he is paired with Radhika Madan. This film is one of the most talked about films of this year. After the powerful trailer, now the makers have released the first song 'Maar Udi' of 'Sarafira'.
Yadu Krishnan, Sugandha Shekhar, Heston Rodrigues and Abhijeet Rao have lent their voices to 'Maar Udi' while the lyrics have been written by Manoj Muntashir. 'Sarafira' is the official Hindi remake of South Indian actor Suraiya's superhit film 'Surrai Pottru'. The film also stars Paresh Rawal and Seema Biswas in important roles.
Talking about the trailer of 'Sarafira', it introduces Akshay's character. He is playing the character of Veer Mahatre who is neck deep in debt. But he has an idea, he wants that even a common man with one rupee in his pocket can board a flight.
'Sarafira' will be released in theaters on July 12, 2024. The film will compete with Kamal Haasan's 'Indian 2' at the box office.
