Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Voting for the fifth phase of the seven-phase Lok Sabha elections has started today on May 20. In this phase, voting will be held on 49 seats in 8 states/union territories including Maharashtra. In Mumbai too, many Bollywood celebs are seen participating enthusiastically in this festival of democracy.

Actor Shahid Kapoor exercised his democratic right to vote in the 5th phase of the Lok Sabha General Elections 2024 in Mumbai.

After casting his vote, singer Kailash Kher says, “…I want to say that India is changing and you (people) are responsible for it. I want you to continue working in the national interest.”

Veteran actor Dharmendra cast his vote at a polling booth in Mumbai.

Bollywood's Khiladi Kumar i.e. Akshay Kumar has cast his vote for the first time today after acquiring Indian citizenship in August last year.

Actor Rajkumar Rao, who is gaining popularity with the films 'Srikanth' and 'Mr. and Mrs. Mahi', also reached the polling station early in the morning. He did his duty as a citizen by voting at Gyan Kendra High School.

Janhvi Kapoor, who is busy promoting the film Mr. and Mrs. Mahi, also voted.

Film actor and director Farhan Akhtar and his sister Zoya Akhtar arrived to vote early in the morning. Both voted from Bandra.
