Akhilesh Yadav became active on social media since morning, kept appealing to cast his vote.

Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav since morning kept appealing to his voters to go to the booth and to provide facilities to the Election Commission to cast their vote. Through social media, he also kept raising the allegations made by the workers at various places.

During the elections, he posted on X four times from morning to afternoon.

In a post he wrote, “Voters in Uttar Pradesh who have been prevented from voting by the police and administration should go to vote once again. The information about this election malpractice has spread everywhere. The Election Commission has also become alert and now assurance is being received from its side that those who have been stopped from voting should go once again and cast their vote. Now no disturbance will be allowed. If someone stops you again, then inform the Election Commission officials or people from political parties present there or complain directly to the Election Commission. Thanks for this assurance received from the Election Commission. Dishonest officers of administration and police will not be spared. His video evidence will form the basis of legal action against him. Go without fear and do cast your vote!”

He wrote in the second post, “If the Election Commission has any living existence then it should come alive and immediately ensure by the administration to discourage voting: – People’s IDs are not checked by the police. – Roads should not be closed. Voters’ IDs should not be confiscated. – ⁠The real ID should not be threatened with being sent to jail by being declared a fake ID. – The speed of voting should not be reduced. – ⁠Time should not be wasted, voting time should be extended if necessary. – The administration should not become the representative of power.⁠ – Dishonest officials should be removed immediately by taking real-time cognizance of all video recordings of election irregularities.”

In the third post, he appealed to the Supreme Court and the Election Commission to immediately take cognizance of the video evidence obtained and take punitive action and also ensure a fair electoral process. Whatever police officers are checking voter cards and Aadhaar IDs, they should be immediately suspended on the basis of the video. Police has no right to check Aadhaar ID card or identity card.

First of all in the morning, Akhilesh Yadav wrote on X, “The efforts being made ‘night and day’ for the voting process have made it clear that now voters will go to vote with double the enthusiasm. Results emerge only when not a single vote is divided or reduced. The conscious and courageous voters of Uttar Pradesh are coming out of their homes 100 per cent for their right to vote, which is the basis of every right. It is hoped that the Election Commission and the administration will conduct the elections in such a way that all the voters of Uttar Pradesh will thank and congratulate them. Those who tamper with the elections should keep in mind that voters and workers and officials of all political parties are deployed everywhere with their mobile phones to collect all the evidence, so that a solid basis can be formed for taking legal action tomorrow. “Public consciousness is the warning.”
