Sitapur, November 1 (HS). A young, social worker teacher running private coaching provided the light of happiness to rickshaw pullers and needy elderly people on Diwali. Presented puja kits to 51 laborers and rickshaw pullers by giving them some free part of the 12 items involved in Diwali puja and best wishes for the festival. Teacher Akash Mishra has been helping rickshaw pullers and laborers at Kelalbagh intersection of the city on the evening of Diwali for the last four years.

He told Hindusthan Samachar that he was inspired to do this in the year 2021 due to the Corona period. At that time his age was 22 years. He says that he keeps getting support from social workers in this work. This Diwali he has distributed Chaturthi Puja Kit. There are 12 items in the Diwali puja kit.

Akash Mishra told that rickshaw pullers, laborers and needy elderly people should also have a good festival, like other people of the society, they should also be able to celebrate the festivals, for this, sweets, idol of Lord Ganesha Lakshmi, garland, lamp should be included in a packet. I distribute oil, lights, crackers, flowers, some cash and all other puja items. After this puja kit, the needy do not need to buy anything from the market. He said that this time kits have been provided to 51 needy and daily wage families. An effort will be made to give it to 101 people next year.
