For this, the airline has introduced this AI-based feature in its mobile app. Air India has introduced the AEYE Vision feature in its app, which provides travel related information in real time. Air India has faced many complaints regarding passengers' luggage in recent times.

What are the features of the AI ​​Vision feature?

According to the news, Air India said that AEYE Vision allows passengers to access flight details, boarding passes, baggage status and meal options by scanning the code on their ticket, boarding pass or baggage tag. This new feature is powered by computer vision technology based on artificial intelligence (AI). This lets passengers know when their luggage is ready to be loaded, unloaded and picked up at baggage claim.

Vistara merged with Air India

After receiving regulatory approvals, the date for induction of Vistara aircraft and crew into Air India has been set as November 12. Vistara, a joint venture of Tata Group and Singapore Airlines, is being merged with Air India. After the merger, Singapore Airlines will have a 25.1 percent stake in Tata Group-owned Air India.
