Air India Express: More than 70 flights of Air India Express cancelled, know why the company took such a big decision

Air India Express flight cancelled: More than 70 international and domestic flights of Air India Express have been cancelled. According to the information, senior crew members of the airline have gone on sick leave on a large scale. In such a situation, these flights have been cancelled. Civil aviation authorities are keeping an eye on the issue.

According to sources, Air India Express has been struggling with shortage of cabin crew for some time. There are several employees who are accusing the Tata Group-owned airline of alleged mismanagement and have suddenly gone on sick leave in protest. The problem has become more serious since the merger process of AX Connect (earlier Air Asia India) with Air India has started.

Sources said on Wednesday that several cabin crew members reported sick and took leave from Monday evening. In such a situation, a decision has been taken to cancel flights at various airports including Kochi, Calicut and Bengaluru. Late last month, a union representing a section of Air India Express cabin crew had alleged that the airline was being managed and the employees were being treated unequally.

The Air India Express Employees Union, which is registered and represents around 300 cabin crew members, claimed that most of the seniors had also alleged that the matter was being ignored by the management, due to which the morale of the employees was affected. Happening.
