The company said in a statement issued on 'X' post that avoid the airport crowd by checking-in at Delhi Metro stations! According to the statement, with the new service of Air India, you can now check-in for domestic and international flights at New Delhi and Shivaji Stadium metro stations. This service of Air India will be operational from 7 am to 11 pm. Enjoy a seamless travel experience with Air India.
It is noteworthy that the airline's latest announcement comes in the backdrop of complaints from several passengers, including Indian-American musician Ricky Cage. He had publicly criticized Air India after he reportedly had to wait for nearly an hour at the airport to pay for his excess luggage.
