According to the US Secret Service, at 6:15 pm on Saturday, a 25-year-old suspect fired several shots at the stage from a high vantage point outside the rally venue in Butler, Pennsylvania. After which a sniper of the Secret Service Agency killed the attacker and Trump was taken away from the scene. However, a Trump supporter shooter at the rally was killed in the entire incident. There was chaos in the rally due to the firing.

Donald Trump's spokesperson said in a statement that his condition is stable and he is being examined at a local hospital. While addressing the US presidential election campaign rally, all the leaders condemned the attack. President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Barack Obama and Bill Clinton criticized the attack.
A US Secret Service official said that the US Secret Service Agency personnel have killed the attacker. The former President of Trump was shifted from the rally site and provided with the necessary medical care. Now Donald Trump is completely safe.
