Royal Challengers Bangalore has appointed Dinesh Karthik as the team's batting coach and mentor. RCB has given this information by posting on social media.
RCB wrote in its post that, our keeper is welcome in every way. Dinesh Karthik has returned to RCB in a new avatar. DK will be the batting coach and mentor of the RCB men's team. You can take the person out of cricket but not cricket out of the person. Give them lots of love, 12th Man Army.
The head coach of the RCB team in IPL 2024 was Andy Flower, batting coach Sridharan Sriram, bowling coach Adam Griffith and fielding coach Malollan Rangarajan.
Wicketkeeper batsman Dinesh Karthik announced his retirement on his 39th birthday on June 1. Karthik was seen playing for RCB in the recent IPL season.

Dhoni had earlier made his international cricket debut
