Kavad Yatra in Roorkee: After Muzaffarnagar, now the vandalism of Kawadis has been seen in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. There, Kawadis first beat up an e-rickshaw driver badly and then vandalized the e-rickshaw with sticks. Meanwhile, the policemen were also trying to convince the Kawadis but they did not listen and vandalized the e-rickshaw. The injured e-rickshaw driver has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
According to the information, the incident took place in Libbarhedi canal of Mangalore area. The rickshaw driver was accused of hitting a wagon and breaking the wagon. Due to which the Kawadis first beat up the e-rickshaw driver and later vandalized the e-rickshaw. Meanwhile, the Kawadis also started chanting slogans of Bhole Baba. Meanwhile, a huge crowd gathered at the spot. The police have registered a case against unknown criminals in this matter.
What did Haridwar SSP say in this matter?
In this case, Haridwar SSP Parmendra Singh Doval said that Sanjay Kumar in Libbaredi of Mangalore area informed that today his e-rickshaw hit a Kawadia, in which the Kawadia did not get any injury and the Kawadia's legs were not broken. But, the Kawadia along with some of his companions beat up the e-rickshaw driver. Not only this, they also vandalized the e-rickshaw. A case has been registered and those people are being identified. Also, the SSP has appealed to all the Kawadias that the entire police system is working to ensure that you do not face any kind of inconvenience, but you are appealed that if any such incident happens then do not get angry and inform the police.
In Muzaffarnagar too, Kawadis created a lot of ruckus
Earlier in Muzaffarnagar, Kawadis had beaten up a car driver badly. Not only this, he kicked the car badly and broke it in front of the police. All the windows of the car were broken and the roof was damaged. Meanwhile, the police personnel stopped him but still he did not stop. It is being told that during the journey, Kawadis alleged that the Kawad was broken due to a collision with a car.
