Jaipur, 9 November (Hindustan Reporter). The political dispute in Heritage Corporation is deepening. After the corruption action taken against former Mayor Munesh Gurjar, now the investigation into the case of misbehavior with former Additional Commissioner of the Corporation Rajendra Kumar Verma has intensified. Manak Chowk police station has started preparations for action against 13 municipal councilors including former mayor Munesh Gurjar, deputy mayor Aslam Farooqui regarding the SC-ST Act. Under which notice has been given to three councilors of the corporation, Umdaraj, Neeraj Aggarwal and Farid Qureshi and called for investigation on 13th November.

It is noteworthy that on the complaint of former Additional Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Rajendra Verma, in June last year, Manak Chowk police station arrested Mayor Heritage Munesh Gurjar, Deputy Mayor Aslam Farooqui, Councilor Umar Daraz, Neeraj Aggarwal, Shafiq Qureshi, Sunita Mawar, Rawiya, Anjali. , Councilor Pati Mohammad Astar, Ayesha Siddiqui, Farid Qureshi, Phoolchand, Councilor An FIR was lodged against Shakir, mayor's relative, Sushil Gurjar, mayor's husband and Basant Aswal.

Rajendra Kumar Verma, in his complaint lodged with the police, had made allegations of taking hostage, abusing and threatening. Verma has said that on June 16, he was working in his chamber. During this time he got a message that the Mayor was calling. I said that there are some important files, let me finish them, then I will be coming in 15 minutes. After 5 minutes, some councilors and the outsiders accompanying them entered the chamber. Told me why the tender file (beat file) was not signed. They forcibly picked me up from the chamber and took me to the mayor's room. There, Munesh Gurjar abused the councilors and said why didn't you sign the beat's document.

Rajendra told that he was forcibly kept hostage in the Mayor's chamber till evening. When PHED Minister Mahesh Joshi came there in the evening, he told him the whole thing. Even after Joshi's departure, Mayor Pati Sushil Gurjar and other councilors said that he will leave only after signing. After the dispute escalated, Minister Mahesh Joshi reached the Municipal Corporation at around 7.15 pm and heard both the sides. But the matter could not be resolved. Shortly after Mahesh Joshi's departure, the Additional Commissioner also left the Municipal Corporation headquarters despite heavy protests in the presence of the police.

On this entire controversy, councilor Neeraj Aggarwal, who joined BJP from Congress, said that baseless allegations have also been made by Rajendra Kumar Verma. I don't even recognize his face, nor have I used any objectionable words against him. He is unnecessarily trying to trap us all. Which is a completely false conspiracy.

Councilor sure to leave after challan is presented, then BJP's board will be formed

Former DLB Director Law Ashok Singh said that it is clear in the No-confidence motion rule 2017 against the Rajasthan Municipality President and Vice-President that a no-confidence motion can be brought to remove the Deputy Mayor. If a case is already registered against the Deputy Mayor in the police station. So when the challan is presented there, the state government can approve the prosecution and suspend it. In such a situation, after this whole controversy, now after the Mayor of Congress, the seat of Deputy Mayor also seems to be going in the Municipal Corporation Heritage. Because under the rules, if the government completes the investigation against Deputy Mayor Aslam Farooqui and presents a challan. Then he can be dismissed from the post. Along with him, other councilors can also be dismissed. After which BJP's board will be formed in Municipal Corporation Heritage.
