Gujarat High Court has allowed him to meet his father Asaram for 4 hours with certain conditions. Apart from Asaram and Narayan, no family member will be present during the meeting. This permission has been given on the basis of Asaram's health and humanity. Narayan will reach Jodhpur by air under police escort, where he will be lodged as a prisoner in the Central Jail.

Gujarat High Court gave permission for this meeting on Friday

On Friday, Gujarat High Court heard Narayan Sai's application. Narayan Sai is lodged in Lajpore Central Jail of Surat in a rape and sexual assault case. In the petition, Narayan Sai has said that his father is not well. That's why he wants to meet his father. Asaram has been convicted of rape and sexual exploitation of a minor and has been lodged in Jodhpur Central Jail for almost 11 years.

Narayan Sai will be brought to Jodhpur under the supervision of police officers.

During this period, father and son never met. Asaram asked for parole several times but it was not granted. Recently he was released on parole for treatment, but he did not get any. Citing this argument and health reasons, the Gujarat High Court in its order said that Narayan be airlifted to Jodhpur jail under the supervision of an Assistant Police Commissioner, an Inspector of Police, two head constables and two constables. He will be able to meet his father face to face for four hours in jail. For this, they will have to deposit Rs 5 lakh in the government treasury at the police station in Surat.

After depositing the amount, arrangements will be made by the concerned officer within seven days. He will be taken directly to Jodhpur jail from Lajpore Central Jail in Surat and will be kept in Jodhpur jail during the entire period.

There he will meet his father for four hours. The Jail Authority, Jodhpur will not allow any other person like sister, mother or any other person to meet the applicant during the entire period and no person other than the applicant will be present during the meeting of father and son. The applicant will not be removed from the Jodhpur Jail premises for any reason other than medical necessity, except to bring him back to Lajpore Central Jail, Surat.
