Ranchi, July 19 (HS). In honor of Jharkhand High Court Chief Justice Dr. BR Sarangi, the High Court Advocate Association organized a full court farewell reference in the High Court premises on Friday. During this, Advocate General Rajiv Ranjan, High Court Advocate Association President Ritu Kumar, Jharkhand State Bar Council President Rajendra Krishna threw light on the biography and works of the Chief Justice. Earlier, High Court Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad gave detailed information about the contribution and work done by Chief Justice BR Sarangi in the judicial service.
On this occasion, all the judges of the High Court, senior advocates, Registrar General of the High Court Md. Shakir, officers and employees of the High Court Registry, many advocates were present. This common ceremony was organized on the farewell of the Chief Justice. Chief Justice BR Sarangi's last working day is on Friday. Full Court Farewell Reference was organized in Court Number One. Justice BR Sarangi took oath of office and secrecy on July 5 as the 15th Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court.
All the Justices of the High Court, Advocate General Rajiv Ranjan, President of State Bar Council, Senior Advocate of High Court, Members of Council, President of Advocate Association Ritu Kumar, General Secretary Naveen Kumar and other executive members including Additional Advocate General and all the Advocates of High Court were present in the farewell ceremony. Chief Justice expressed his gratitude for the respect given to him by the lawyers in his farewell. Along with this, expressing gratitude to all the subordinate employees and officers, he said that he will always remember the work done in Jharkhand.
