Khunti, 1 July (HS). Under the National Food Security Mission Scheme, paddy seeds were distributed among farmers on Monday at the Agricultural Technical Information Center of Khunti block. Chief guest Block Pramukh Chhota Rai Munda, Block Deputy Pramukh Shanti Devi, former Deputy Pramukh cum retired Major Jitendra Kashyap attended the event.
Seeds were distributed by Block Agriculture Authority Khunti Block Technical Manager Assistant Technical Manager. Block Agriculture Officer Harman Munda, Block Technical Manager Namrata Kumari, Assistant Technical Manager Sanjay Kumar were present at the program. Jitendra Kashyap told the farmers that the rainy season has arrived now. This is a good quality seed, sow the seeds after preparing the field well and do farming with modern techniques so that the yield is high and farmers get full benefit from it.
