Consultation of a dermatologist is necessary for its treatment. But many people are unable to go to the doctor due to some reason. So today we will talk to a skin specialist from Delhi and tell you what tips girls should adopt to keep their skin healthy and safe in summer.

Dr. Neha Khurana is a dermatologist and has worked in many big hospitals of Delhi. But now she is running her own clinic. Where she is treating the skin of people above 12 years of age. When the doctor was asked about skin care in summer, he said that we all should keep our body hydrated in summer. Because if your body remains hydrated then you will not have any kind of skin related problem. He has given some tips to keep the skin safe in summer, let's know about them…

-We all should drink three to four liters of water daily to keep our body hydrated. Apart from this, if you ever consume coconut water, it will keep your skin glowing.

-Many people avoid applying moisturizer during summer, even though it is an important step in skin care. Experts recommend that in summers you should use light or water-based moisturizers, so that the skin does not look oily and dull.
Apart from this, the doctor told that we all must apply sunscreen before going out in the sun. Before applying sunscreen, remember that it should be medical grade and SPF 30. Another thing to keep in mind is that people exposed to sunlight should apply sunscreen at least every 3 hours during the day.

-During summers, we all should wear more cotton clothes, because they absorb sweat from our body. Apart from this, one should wear full sleeve clothes in sunlight. Be sure to also wear a cap on your head. With this, direct rays of the sun will not fall on your head and you will remain safe.
