Ranchi, 24 July (HS). The process of enrollment for the tenth session has started in the 'Nirman' free coaching institute run by Vanvasi Kalyan Kendra for the preparation of competitive examinations of administrative service. Free coaching is given here for talented and economically weaker tribal and other class students who are preparing for JPSC or other state administrative service examinations.
