Admission in residential sports hostels, divisional level selection trial from March 5

Mirzapur, March 02 (HS). The selection process for residential sports hostels for admission in the financial year 2024-25 will start from March 5 at the District and Divisional level selection and trial regional office, Sports Stadium.

Regional Sports Officer Bhanu Prasad said that in the boys category, district level selection for gymnastics, swimming, wrestling, hockey, volleyball, football, badminton and table tennis will be held on March 5 and divisional level selection on March 8. In the girls category, seven district level and divisional level selections for gymnastics, swimming, wrestling, hockey, volleyball, badminton and table tennis will be held on March 10. In the boys' category, the district level in cricket, kabaddi, basketball, archery, athletics, boxing, judo and handball will be held on March 6 and divisional level on March 9.

Whereas in the girls category, seven district level and divisional level selections in Kabaddi, Basketball, Archery, Athletics and Handball will be held on March 10. Must be below 12 years in gymnastics and swimming and below 15 years in other sports.
