Administration's bulldozer runs on encroachment of Surajpur double murder case accused Kuldeep

Surajpur/Ambikapur, 28 October (HIST). The administration has used a bulldozer on the encroachment of double murder case accused Kuldeep this Monday morning. The Surajpur Municipal Administration had pasted a notice on the house of the accused, terming the house as an illegal construction. After which today (Monday) morning the team of municipality and district administration arrived with bulldozers and police force and took action to remove the encroachment.

In Surajpur, Chhattisgarh, a bulldozer has been used for illegal construction on about 150 decimal land (one and a half acres) of the father and uncle of Kuldeep Sahu, the mastermind accused of murdering the wife and daughter of head constable Talib Shaikh. Additional Superintendent of Police Santosh Mahato said that three houses were in illegal occupation of the accused. Action is being taken to break the encroachment. Adequate police force has been deployed for security. Action will be taken until the illegally occupied houses are completely demolished. Surajpur Tehsildar Sameer Sharma said that encroachment action has been taken on all three houses. There was trash lying on the vacant land. Which was removed. The boundary wall was also illegal. After which this action was taken.

It is noteworthy that on October 13, accused Kuldeep Sahu, along with his associates, had brutally murdered the wife and 9-year-old daughter of head constable Talib Shaikh. The accused had an old dispute with the head constable. He brutally murdered the head constable's wife and daughter. There was a huge uproar at the entire state level regarding this massacre and strict action was demanded from the administration. At present the accused is in jail along with his associates.
