Hazaribagh, September 20 (HS). The district administration is working diligently on every point for the successful and transparent conduct of the JSSC CGL 2024 examination to be conducted by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission on September 21 and 22.
Deputy Commissioner Nancy Sahay has directed the district administration and police administration to remain on alert mode to conduct a malpractice-free examination. A total of 70 centers have been set up in Hazaribagh district for the CGL examination and 29 patrol teams cum flying squads have been activated to monitor each center.
Deputy Commissioner said that in order to conduct the examination in a better manner and to ensure that there is no lapse in the security arrangements, the district administration has deployed one police officer as static magistrate at each examination centre. A total of 70 police officers and three police personnel have been deputed and a total of 140 lathi force and home guards have been deployed. In order to prevent any kind of disturbance by anti-social elements during the conduct of the examination, prohibitory orders have been imposed under Section 144 within a radius of 100 meters of the examination centre. The district administration has thoroughly inspected all the hotels, restaurants, guest houses, lodges, hostels in Hazaribagh district, apart from the city, Barhi, Padma and other hotels, restaurants, guest houses, lodges, hostels a day before the examination in Hazaribagh district. Along with this, notices will be given to their owners and managers and the candidates will be checked by HHMD at all the 70 examination centres in Hazaribagh district and then the candidates will be allowed to enter the examination centre.
