ADJ court refused to hear the appeal

Jaipur, May 28 (HS). Additional District Court No. 9 has refused to hear the appeal filed against the stay on the election results of Agrawal Samaj Samiti held on May 19. Citing personal reasons, the presiding officer has requested the Sessions Court to send this appeal to another court. Whereas the lower court has made Rajendra Agrawal and Alok Gupta parties in the original claim.

In the lower court, advocate Deepak Chauhan, on behalf of the applicant Anand Gupta and others, requested to summon the CCTV footage of the vote counting etc. On the other hand, the interim injunction application was argued on behalf of the defendants. Premchand Devanda, the lawyer of the newly made parties, opposed this by saying that they have been made parties only today. In such a situation, they should be given copies of various documents. It is worth noting that after the elections held on May 19, on May 21, the lower court had banned the release of the election results. An appeal was filed against this order. On which no order has been passed at present.
