Laila Khan Murder Case: The court has sentenced Parvez Tak, the stepfather of actress Laila Khan and her family, to death for murdering her.
In 2011, Laila Khan, her mother and four siblings were murdered. The case of Laila's murder was going on in Mumbai court. Now the Sessions Court has convicted Parvez Tak of murder in this case and sentenced him to death. Apart from this, Parvez has also been accused of destroying evidence.

This entire case is 14 years old. Laila's father Nadir Patel had filed a kidnapping case at Mumbai's Oshiwara police station. The complaint said that Tak and his partner Asif Sheikh allegedly kidnapped Laila and her family members.
A few months after the murder, Jammu and Kashmir police arrested Parvez Tak in a fraud case. Initially, Tak claimed that Laila and her family were in Dubai. Later, Parvez confessed that he had killed these people in Maharashtra. He was later handed over to Mumbai police. Parvez was working as a forest contractor in Jammu and Kashmir. Parvez has a criminal history.
The culprit murdered Laila, her mother and four siblings and buried their bodies in the farm house. After which the entire incident was exposed during police interrogation.
A skeleton was found in a farm house
After Parvez confessed to the murder, the skeletons of Laila and her family were found in a farm house in Igatpuri. Parvez told the police that Laila had gone to Igatpuri farm house with her family for a holiday. Where Parvez killed everyone and buried them in a pit.
