Action will be taken against negligence in helping the victims: Chief Minister*

Gorakhpur, 26 October (Hindustan Reporter). Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday directed the officials that under no circumstances should there be any delay or negligence in solving public problems and helping the victims. If there is any negligence, action will be taken against the concerned. If there is any problem in solving the problem of any victim, then it should be found out and resolved. If the tax case is deliberately kept pending at any level, then the accountability of the concerned should be fixed.

Chief Minister Yogi gave these instructions while listening to the problems of the people during public darshan at Gorakhnath temple on Saturday. In the Janata Darshan organized in front of Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan of the temple complex, the Chief Minister met about 300 people and heard their problems. He assured everyone that no one needed to worry or be upset. He will ensure effective resolution of every problem. Regarding this, he instructed the administration and police officials on the spot to resolve public problems in a timely, fair and quality manner.

On some cases, he directed the officers to find out that if someone did not get the support of the administration, then why and what were the reasons for this. Every victim should be helped immediately. He directed to take strict action as per law on complaints of land grabbing. The Chief Minister assured the people who came demanding housing and other needs that every eligible person will get the benefit of the public welfare schemes of the government. He told the officers that those needy who have been deprived of housing due to any reason should be provided housing under the Prime Minister and Chief Minister Housing Scheme.

Like every time, this time too many people had come to Janata Darshan requesting financial assistance for treatment. On this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath asked the officials to complete the estimate process of the hospital as soon as possible and make it available to the government. Adequate help will be provided for treatment from the Chief Minister's Discretionary Fund. Many women had brought their small children along for the public darshan. The Chief Minister loved everyone and gave them blessings and chocolates.

After visiting the Gorakhnath temple on Saturday morning and worshiping Guru Gorakhnath and paying obeisance at the Samadhi site of his Guru Brahmalin Mahant Avedyanath, while touring the temple premises, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached the cowshed of the temple. Here, while doing cow service, he fed jaggery to the cows with his own hands. When he called out his name to some cows, they came running towards the Chief Minister.
