Accused arrested with smack worth three lakhs

Bareilly, April 5 (Hindustan Reporter) The smack he bought from Rampur was being sold in packets in Bareilly. Police has arrested the accused with smack worth three lakhs.

According to Dhananjay Kumar Pandey, station in-charge of Fatehganj West police station, during checking last night, the police team arrested an accused, Fatehganj West Kallu Singh, son of Munnalal Maurya, from Chitoli underpass. Police recovered 25 grams of smack from the accused, whose international value is estimated at Rs 3 lakh. During interrogation of the police team, the accused told that he used to buy smack in retail from Rampur and send it to Bareilly after making pudiya. Last night he had gone out to sell smack, meanwhile the police team arrested him. The police have registered a case against the accused under the NDPS Act.
