Moradabad, 22 October (HIST). Chand Babu filed his nomination from Azad Samaj Party (Kanshiram) on Tuesday in Kundarki assembly by-election of Moradabad district. This is the first nomination in the Kundarki Assembly by-election. A total of 48 nomination papers have been taken so far for this by-election. The last date for nomination is 25th October. Kundarki Assembly has not yet declared any national political party as its candidate.
On Tuesday afternoon, Chand Babu from MP Chandra Shekhar's party Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) got his nomination filed in the District Magistrate Court located at the Collectorate. The nomination could not be done on Monday due to his proposer not coming, that process was completed on Tuesday. Chand Babu, who arrived with ten proposers, submitted his nomination to Returning Officer ACM II Santadas Panwar in the District Magistrate Court. Party supporters also reached the Collectorate along with him.
