The risk of many diseases increases during the rainy season. In this season, along with keeping the place clean, changes are also required in the diet. Some things should be avoided while eating and drinking. According to Ayurveda, during this month of rain, Vata increases in the body and bile starts accumulating, due to which many diseases start increasing, while seasonal diseases also catch up quickly. Therefore, some things should not be consumed at all. Let's know what those things are.
Green leafy vegetables – Green vegetables should not be consumed during rainy season. In this season, green vegetables are affected by polluted water and chemicals. Invisible insects affect green vegetables and infect leafy vegetables. So do not consume green vegetables like spinach, guava or other leafy vegetables.

Curd- It is said that curd should not be consumed after rain. In this season, along with good bacteria, bad bacteria also grow in curd. This can increase bad bacteria in the stomach and you may have many stomach related problems. Especially do not eat sour curd at all.
Dairy products- During the rainy season, you should reduce the consumption of milk, curd, cheese etc. Metabolism slows down in this season and dairy products are digested slowly, due to which the amount of bile in the body starts increasing.
Processed Food- Do not eat any outside food or processed food during rainy days. It becomes very difficult to digest it. You should eat bread, chips or other foods as little as possible. Juice should not be consumed externally as it can cause infection. Also, avoid eating oily and fried foods.
