Divisional Commissioner of Moradabad division Anjaneya Kumar Singh said on Saturday that accessible libraries will be built for disabled children in every tehsil of the division. This will be started from Moradabad district. In this, the cooperation of Municipal Corporation and Moradabad Development Authority will be taken.
Commissioner Anjaneya Kumar Singh further said that at the national level two percent people are disabled. There are deaf and dumb children in every tehsil of the district. Apart from books, therapy will also be arranged for the children in Sugamya Pustakalaya. The parents of the children cannot afford the therapy. For this, he has talked to experts from Delhi and other places. With the help of experts, therapy will be provided to disabled children.
