Dantewada, July 19 (HS). The team of Anti Corruption Bureau in the district has caught BMO Dr. Venugopal red handed while taking a bribe of Rs 15 thousand. According to the information received, Dantewada resident Sunil Kumar Nag had complained to the ACB team in Jagdalpur that two of his vehicles are running in Dantewada Chirayu.
His payment has been pending for the past few months. BMO Venugopal has demanded Rs. 15,000 for the payment. On Friday, Sunil reached Dantewada office to give money to BMO Dr. Venugopal. As soon as he gave Rs. 15,000, the ACB team caught the BMO red-handed while taking bribe. ACB says that the applicant did not want to give bribe and wanted to get him caught. That is why he complained, after which action was taken.
