Guwahati, August 14 (HS). The world's largest student organization Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has started a membership campaign across Assam. The membership campaign, which will run from 05 to 31 August, is going on in full swing in higher education institutions across Assam.
It is noteworthy that the membership campaign of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad is run every year under a fixed process. In this year's membership campaign, the target has been set to make more than two lakh members in the whole of Assam. The organization has always inspired the students to work for the motherland by taking them forward with nationalist ideas.
There are many universities in Assam in which membership drive is being conducted in colleges like Darang College, Tezpur College, Guwahati College, Arya Vidyapeeth College, B Barua College, KC Das Commerce College, Pragjyotish College, Pandu College, Sipajhar College, Mangaldai College, Lumding College, Rabindranath Tagore University and Nagaon University.
