He said that the state government has failed to provide education, health, employment, women's safety and equal rights in its five-year tenure. Professors are not being appointed in various colleges of the state. In such a situation, studies are being conducted at the mercy of God in colleges. In the last five years, incidents of rape of women have increased. The culture and civilization of Jharkhand is changing in Santhal Pargana. The youth of Jharkhand are wandering here and there for employment. The state government should think over all the problems and take some concrete initiative.
