ABVP IVV protested against irregularities in NEET exam

Prayagraj, June 10 (HS). Activists of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on Monday protested at the Students' Union Bhawan demanding a CBI inquiry into the rigging in the NEET exam results and action against the culprits.

ABVP's state media convenor Abhinav Mishra said that on the day of the examination, irregularities were found in different parts of the country and solvers were caught at different places. Also, irregularities were found in distribution of question papers etc. at some places. ABVP is with the fair demands of the candidates of NEET examination.

He said that due to such irregularities at many places, it has become clear that the National Examination Agency had not made the necessary preparations for conducting the examination. Due to many toppers from the same centre in the NEET exam results, many doubts are being raised on this year's exam results. Earlier also, questions were raised on the National Examination Agency in the context of conducting examinations like UGC-NET etc.

Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad IVV unit president Alok Tripathi said that there have been cases of students committing suicide after the NEET exam results were announced, which is very sad. In an important exam like NEET, a large number of students participate and work hard to prepare for it. In such a situation, irregularities in such a case will not be accepted at all. CBI should investigate this matter and take strict action against the culprits. The bureaucracy associated with this entire subject is responsible for the irregularities that have taken place in this.

During this time, Kashi Province co-minister Anchal Singh, IVSU unit vice-president Akhilesh Kushwaha, arts faculty president Azad Vats, Prakash Singh, Pawan, Himanshu and other workers were present.
