About 18 lakh voters will decide the fate of the candidates in Amethi parliamentary seat

Amethi, March 15 (HS). The country's hottest seat, Amethi parliamentary constituency, is spread over three districts. In this, the entire Amethi district as well as a part of Sultanpur district and the entire assembly constituency of Rae Bareli district are part of this Lok Sabha constituency. The parliamentary constituency of Amethi includes Salon one assembly constituency of Rae Bareli district and Jagdishpur Tiloi Gauriganj and Amethi assembly constituencies of Amethi district. Thus, Amethi Lok Sabha constituency is formed by combining a total of 5 assembly constituencies. This time there are a total of 17 lakh, 86 thousand 125 voters in Amethi Lok Sabha constituency who will decide the fate of the candidates from here i.e. make them MPs and send them to the Lok Sabha.

District Election Officer Nisha Anant said that there are a total of 14 lakh, 28 thousand, 316 voters in Amethi district. Out of which 7 lakh,49 thousand, 588 are male voters, 6 lakh, 78 thousand, 628 are female voters and 100 are third gender voters. Similarly, assembly constituency wise, there are a total of three lakh, 46 thousand, 609 voters in 178 assembly constituency Tiloi. In which the number of voters is one lakh, 82 thousand, 14 are male, one lakh, 64 thousand, 572 are female and 23 third gender voters. Whereas in 184 assembly Jagdishpur there are total 380543 voters. In which the number of voters are 2 lakh, 550 men, 1 lakh, 79 thousand, 975 women and 18 third gender voters. There are a total of 3 lakh, 53 thousand, 20 voters in 185 assembly Gauriganj. Of which one lakh, 84 thousand, 44 are male, one lakh, 68 thousand, 959 are female and 17 are third gender voters. There are a total of three lakh, 48 thousand, 144 voters in 186 assembly Amethi. In which there are one lakh, 82 thousand, 980 male, one lakh, 65 thousand, 122 female and 42 third gender voters.

District Election Officer Nisha Anant further said that there are a total of 2300 service voters, 898 polling centers and 1554 polling places in the district. He said that there are a total of 357809 voters in 181 assembly constituency of Amethi Lok Sabha constituency in Rae Bareli district. In which there are 187559 male and 170250 female voters and 306 service voters and 227 polling centers and 369 polling places.
