The High Court said that the next hearing in this case will be held on July 25. The central government had sought four weeks' time to take a decision on the request of the Aam Aadmi Party. In the hearing held on June 5, the Delhi High Court said that the Aam Aadmi Party is also entitled to get a party office in Delhi like other parties. At that time, the central government was given 6 weeks' time to take a decision on this matter, after which the hearing was held again today.
Aam Aadmi Party wanted to use the minister's house as a party office
AAP had requested the court that it wants to use the house of its minister Imran Hussain located on Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg as a temporary office. However, the court rejected the party's petition. He said that the party has no right to do so. Justice Prasad said, I have accepted that you have no right to claim the house on DDU Marg. You should be given a house from Aam Talab. Housing cannot be denied only on the basis of pressure or unavailability. Aam Aadmi Party's application should be considered within six weeks.
