Aam Aadmi Party's Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal has lodged an FIR with the police three days after the alleged attack. In the two-page FIR, the former chairperson of Delhi Women Commission has given detailed details of the incident that took place at CM Arvind Kejriwal's house on May 13. In the FIR, he has narrated the incident from going to the CM residence, going to the police station after being beaten there and then returning to his home. Swati Maliwal has also recorded her statement before the Metropolitan Magistrate on Friday. Maliwal repeated the entire incident in front of MM Katyayini Sharma Kadwal of Tis Hazari Court.

Serious allegations in FIR
In the complaint given by Swati Maliwal to Delhi Police, very serious allegations have been made. The former chairperson of Delhi Women's Commission said that Vibhav Kumar attacked her without any provocation and beat her badly. Swati has so far said that Vibhav has attacked many parts of the body. She kept writhing in pain but he felt no pity.

Swati has said in her complaint that she had gone to CM's residence on May 13. Unable to meet Vibhavkumar, she went to the CM's house and sat in the drawing room waiting for his arrival. According to Swati, the CM was to meet her but suddenly Kejriwal's personal secretary Vibhav Kumar came into the room. He started shouting and abusing without any provocation. He said why don't you believe what we say? Why don't you believe?….What is your reason for not letting us do this?

Swati says that before I could understand anything, Vibhav attacked. Swati wrote that he started slapping me. I was slapped at least 7-8 times. I was screaming continuously. I was in complete shock and was screaming for help again and again. To save myself, I pushed him away from my feet. Then he pounced upon me and threw me down brutally. Swati even said that the buttons of her shirt were completely open, but Vibhav did not stop. According to the FIR, Swati said the accused kicked her in the chest, stomach and pelvic area.

Swati said that I kept shouting for help. I was moaning in pain and my shirt was riding up but he still continued to attack me. I kept saying that I was on my periods and leave me alone. I am in pain. He kept attacking me again and again with full force. Somehow I managed to escape. Then I sat on the sofa in the drawing room and picked up my glasses from the floor. I was very shocked by this attack. I called 112 and informed about the incident. Maliwal said that even later Vibhav threatened him and said that you cannot harm him.

Swati said that they went to the police station but returned home because they were very tired. Describing this incident as the most difficult time of her life, Swati said that it is very painful for me. This is the most difficult time of my life. Pain and trauma have numbed the mind. Since the attack, I have been having constant pain in my head and neck. My hands are hurting a lot and my stomach is also hurting. I am having trouble walking. I was brutally beaten by a man I have known for a long time. I am deeply disturbed by this entire incident and am saddened that someone could behave like a scoundrel. I'm breaking down. It took me 3 days to control myself and file a case through written complaint. I request you to please take strict action in this matter.

AAP's Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal also tweeted
Demanded CCTV footage of the attack on Arvind Kejriwal's house. Maliwal said that one day the truth will come out. Without naming anyone, he said that he was trying to save himself. But one day everyone's truth will be revealed to the world.

Swati Maliwal wrote on the social media platform that like every time, this time also this political hitman is trying to save himself. By tweeting to his people, playing half-screen videos without any context, he thinks he can save himself from committing this crime. Does anyone make a video of beating someone? The truth will be revealed to everyone as soon as the CCTV footage of the house and room is scrutinized. As far as the matter is, God sees everything. One day everyone's truth will be revealed to the world. He did not clarify who this hitman is.

Let us tell you here that this reaction of Swati Maliwal has come at a time when a video is going viral on social media in which a woman is seen sitting on a sofa and there are some guards around her. Arguments continue between them. It is being claimed that this video is from May 13 and is from inside Kejriwal's house. However, Zee 24 Hours does not confirm this video.
